During a Reflexology session, I provide a foot massage to stimulate the meridian lines that run through your body and connect to all your body systems. This allows for relaxation, body balance, better sleep, and improved body functions.

Assist the central nervous system to rebalance, and the emotional self to settle as well.

As I am a Reiki channel, this energy is given freely during a reflexology session and enhances the energetic experience.

Reiki is the energetic connection to the universal Great Spirit which is channeled through my hands. This energy provides a peaceful connection to assist you to balance mind and body. Often it can help you to release emotional blocks to your own personal growth and healing.

Cost $120.00 1 hour session.
