This is a small group workshop that brings likeminded people together to discover and create a piece of art to take home to represent your Animal or Sentient Being, a totem that is supporting you at this time on your journey.

Together we will journal, meditate and create for a few hours and have a short refreshment time.

Light refreshments and art materials are supplied.

Please bring cushions, blanket to assist your comfort in meditation.
